Pointillist Effect

This lovely piece by Jane Logemann looks for all the world like abstract pointillism, but after some reexamination, she just might be employing a similar, reverse-pointillism techinique that Yayoi Kusama did in her infinity net paintings. There are only two other examples of her work on the Net and with no accompanying text, it's hard to figure out what she's doing.
