Drove to Montour Falls today for a friendly cup of coffee with an artist fiend of mine, Corky O'Neill. I believe it was back in the spring that this painting got hung in his office over his desk. The frame, then, was a gold color and it was a very pleasant surprise to re "see" this painting again. Frames make all the difference, and it really was amazing how much easier it was to explore the depths of this painting simply by changing the frame. Corky makes and paints his own frames and always has a nice touch with the colors.
